Graham Starratt, F.C.S.I. has more than 20 years experience in the financial services business. He graduated with a Masters Degree from Dalhousie University in 1980 and has completed numerous industry required exams (leading to the designation F.C.S.I.), including the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investment Finance, and the Officer's Director's and Senior Partner's Exam. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
The F.C.S.I. designation is awarded by the Canadian Securities Institute, the national educational body of the securities industry, to recognize qualified securities industry personnel who have completed a comprehensive series of examinations, including investment management, economics, ethics, estate planning, retirement planning, tax planning, and financial planning. This designation is intended to provide the recipient with the specialized training and education required to advise investors in the pertinent areas of personal investment management.
